RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you buy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.  Since each item is hand made to order, however, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Any returned item needs to be in its original condition.  It must also be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped back INSURED via UPS or insured registered mail.  Please use a hard box or case to insure that the jewelry is not damaged.  We cannot be obligated to accept the return of damaged, tangled, or worn merchandise.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

NATURAL VARIATION
Please note that, while we do our best to hand pick matching gemstones in our jewelry, all stones will naturally vary to some degree on color, size and shape.

We fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry.  However if any piece is in need of repair within 6 months (based on normal usage), we will happily repair it for you.  Simply contact us.  Some materials charges may apply.  WE cannot be responsible for tangled chains, we will be happy to remake a returned tangled item but a fee will be charged.
